Meet Dena Dobson
Office Manager

Dena Dobson is a lifelong resident from neighboring Greene County and has worked in the lending business for nearly 25 years providing excellent customer service and attention to details. She is the first contact for our
company and assists in all departments. Dena is married and enjoys judging clogging competitions around the country.

Leanne Gaston has lived in the Bloomington area most of her life, with the exception of attending college in Kentucky and a short stay in Florida. She worked in retail for several years where she developed excellent customer service skills. She has a managerial background as well as a Business Degree from Ivy Tech.

Meet Tonya West
Leasing Agent

Tonya Slessinger West comes to Choice Realty & Management with leasing experiences from owning investment property. She is a Monroe County resident with three children and participates in Richland-Beam Blossom School District activities. Tonya provides efficient and thorough services in leasing our inventory as well as assists tenants with lease documents, moving and other rental needs.

Rhiannon has enjoyed Bloomington living since 1994. In 1998 she married lifelong Bloomington resident Preston Howard. She began her career in the Real Estate Industry also in 1998 and has worked as a Realtor, Property Manager, Office Manager and Licensed Assistant. She is experienced in all aspects of Real Estate, from preparing contracts & negotiations to managing properties and assisting clients in buying and selling Real Estate.

Tammy was employed by the Indiana University Foundation in the Real Estate field for over 25 years.  To further her education and to be more of an asset to both the University and Foundation she acquired her Indiana Sales person’s license.
